I went in to store, on a Thursday, with the Milwaukee part # I needed. They didn't have the part in stock, but it showed it was available online. The employee had it ordered and informed me the part could be ready for pick up on Monday. I paid for the part and got a reciept. Monday @ 1 pm, got a text the part was delivered to the store and ready for pick up. Got to the store Tuesday, showed my reciept, was sent to the Pick up counter and was out of the store with my order in 3 min or less. Awesome customer service. Easy process. Now it's time to get back to work. Lol

Due to the urgency of our operational needs, delivery date was a critical factor in my decision, especially considering that I had other purchasing options available. On March 3rd, I called the store to confirm that the order had arrived, and I was told that it was available for pickup. However, when I went to the store to collect the items, I was informed that the valves were not actually there and that they would now arrive in two weeks. This unexpected delay has significantly affected our operations. Additionally, I was very disappointed with the way the situation was handled at the store. The response from the store manager was simply, “I’m sorry,” without any effort to provide a solution or show concern for the inconvenience caused. As a business customer, I expected a more professional and proactive response. We chose Grainger based
